With over 5 years’ experience in working with and managing donor funded projects including working for organizations as the Association for Reproductive and Family Health (ARFH) advocating with International NGOs like the ONE Campaign, he is an expert in data quality assurance audits, Humanitarian Services, Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Urban Planning, Communication, People-management, and Public Service. He has been involved in the development and testing of Survey instruments for various researches and coordinates enumerators on and off field to ensure the highest data quality. Philip has been trained in the use of CAPI instruments such as Magpi and SurveyCTO. He has also worked as an Independent Supervisor on the Polio Immunization Plus Days (IPDs) Rounds in Zamfara state. Philip has a Master’s degree in Humanitarian and Refugee Studies from the University of Ibadan, and a Bachelor’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA).
