Maada is an experienced development professional with over 20 years’ experience in logistics support and coordination, administration, project management, research/output validation, monitoring and evaluation, community mobilization. He has consulted for the World Bank, Health and Education Quality Systems Strengthening Initiative (HEQSS), United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), Development Associates Ltd and several national and international organizations. He was the project lead for MTV Shuga Logistical Implementation for Film Screenings. He was also the team leader for an assignment on the provision of logistics and event management services for stakeholders meeting to validate Nigeria’s National Medical Laboratory Strategic Plan (for HEQSS). Maada holds two Master’s Degree: Business Administration from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Nigeria; Environmental Management from the University of Stirling, UK, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Management from Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone.
